Preface

Sadhguru Om
Firstly recite ‘Sadhguru’ in your mind and then inhale usually. Then stop for one moment (second) and recite ‘om’ in mind and then exhale usually.
Repeat this procedure for one time. Focus your attention in your brow bone while reciting during this procedure. Focus your attention in your brow
bone while reciting at string point during this procedure. It will hardly take three moments (three seconds) to complete this procedure.
2.
Sadhguru Om
Firstly recite ‘Sadhguru’ in your mind and then inhale usually. Then stop for one moment (second) and recite ‘Sadhguru’ in mind and then exhale
usually. Repeat this procedure for eleven times. Focus your attention in your brow bone while reciting during this procedure. Focus your attention
in your brow bone at string point while reciting during this procedure. It will hardly take sixty seconds (one minute) to complete this procedure.
3.
We have to spend five percent of our net income (total income – total expenses = net income) for the welfare of all the people of the world. If due
to some reasons you cannot spend it yourself, then contribute five percent of your net income to Aamil Mission so that Aamil Mission continues to
do public welfare work.
